Ruby 18 is a black tea internationally renown as a true premium grade black tea. This Ruby 18 black tea from ShanLinxi, Taiwan is skillfully handpicked and processed on site using no chemicals or pesticides. This Ruby 18 tea plant is a cross of two tea varietals and grows surrounded by pineapple farms. Its flavours are exceptional, with sweet fuity pineapple notes, wintergreen, malt and cinnamon.

Gaiwan / Gong Fu Cha Style

Rinse tea leaves first with 93C / 200F water. Let leaves soak for 5-10 sec and discard water. The tea leaves are now ready to be brewed.
