These Moon Beauty White tea cakes are produced from the fine pickings of a bud and two leaves. Notice the long downy white hairs on the buds, a marker for its superior quality.
The primary flavours are woody and spring meadow dry grass notes followed by a mouth full of sweet honey notes and stewed fruit flavours of apples and pears. This exceptionally well balanced tea has smooth and silky texture with light astringency and will develop deeper flavours as years go by.

Gaiwan / Gong Fu Cha Style

Rinse tea leaves first with 95C / 205F water. Let leaves soak for 5-10 sec and discard water. The tea leaves are now ready to be brewed.
