This is a top shelf Japanese green tea, a tea to be enjoyed and savoured one sip at a time. Our Gyokuro has been shaded for 20 days prior to being harvested resulting in a liquor rich and unctuous. Its brew is a light and clear green colour and delivers delicate vegetal notes with rich umami notes. Make sure your first brew is at a low 65C / 150F to start.
