This extremely rare 8 year old aged Yellow tea delivers a medium golden coloured liquor with flavours of vanilla and sweet honey mead and cooked sour apple and pear compote. It is velvety and smooth in texture with minimal astringency leaving a mild tingly feeling on the tongue.
