This unique long bud White tea is called Yin Zhen and translate to Silver Needle. The picking shows a remarkable uniformity and consistency in bud size and is only sun dried in its production, two important markers in a good quality Silver Needle White tea. The flavour profile is a mild honey sweetness with straw-like and herbal notes like sage and delicate flowery and fruity fragrance.
