Return Policy

We make every effort possible to deliver you the finest teas from around the world. Due to Health and Safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any tea products . 

Tasting Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation, your payment is transferrable and your seat for your booked tea tasting class can be offered to a friend or family member. Your  payment can also be used in exchange for product purchases like tea or teaware.  Payment for a tea tasting class is non-refundable.

Shipping Details

We offer free and flat rate shipping options to Canada and the United States.

Within Canada:

  • Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD

  • Flat rate shipping of $25 on orders under $80 CAD

To the US:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD

  • Flat rate shipping of $35 on orders under $100 CAD

To the rest of world:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • Flat rate shipping of $50 on orders under $150 CAD
  • Any claim involving missing or damaged goods should be made directly to Canada Post 1 888 550 6333. We suggest photographing the damaged goods and retaining all packing materials for presentation, should Canada Post request it.
